Westars forestry services primarily include logging road development and log loading/transport throughout Western Canada.

• Logging Road Development

  

  Before the loading and transport of logs can occur, access to the log decks must be developed in the form of roads.  Westar has the capacity to build these roads using crawler tractors, scrapers and graders. more

• Log Loading

  

  Utilizing purpose built Butt N Top log loaders, Westar has the ability to load and download large volumes of any tree species ranging in size from shortwood to treelength.     more

• Log Transport

  

  Using 6,7 and 8 axle combinations Westar has the capability to transport logs to and from numerous locations across western Canada. more
